Lucy is back. Great news!! She always does an excellent job with our little girl Lily.

Our dog, Spike, is always well treated here at Yuppy Puppy. We have no qualms about leaving him here whether it be over the weekend or for a week. They do a great job bathing him and he comes home happy & smelling awesome!

They did an excellent job on my Parti Yorkie. He seemed to enjoy it as well, which has not been the case with his last groomer.

They did a great job cleaning up and trimming my friends dogs.

On 11/11/2021 I went to Yuppy Puppy Groom and Board and met ith Riley she was extremely patient with my babies, Archie and Luna. They were extremely nervous, the are both rescues. Riley came out and sat on the ground with me, to help them feel more comfortable and listened to my concerns, and did everyting i asked. This was awesome!!! Additionally very important to me, I was concerned considering they were both very anxious. Riley told me it would be about an hour for both. About an hour later, she did call and let me know, they were both ready. As you see from the pictures, they both look AWESOME and HAPPY. I will Definitely bringing my babies back to Yuppy Puppy to see Riley. Thank you so much!

I have been bringing my dogs here for a couple years now and they have always been amazing! The owners and the employees always nice and really do amazing work on my dogs. However, there was a new male employee that was a nightmare I dealt with for the first time. He ignored me and other customers while he text on his phone, was rude and did not listen to what I said, and when i came to pick my dogs up the way he spoke to me, to my dogs, and to me about my dogs, i honestly doubt ill ever go back which sucks because I really like the place, the girls and the owner, but it was such an ordeal dealing with him its worth it to find some place else.

First time I'd taken my golden retriever.....she has VERY thick hair and I asked for it to be cut very short, not shaved. She looked very nice, felt so soft, smelled wonderful! The staff were very nice, I met Angelica. The price was very reasonable for bath, hair cut, nail trim. I'll definitely go back.

I am not sure who the other people got when they went in, but I have always had great service! My Beardie only has one ear and she is able to cut his hair so you can't even tell! She is a great groomer!

I also have no idea who these people have seen. I have been taking my Jo-Jo here for 6 years and would never have gone back if I had any of these people's problems. Skip and Mary are always polite and caring. Even when they get new help, they are also loving and sweet to my dog. I use them for grooming and boarding. They have always gone out of their way to make Jo-Jo comfortable

The older gentleman seemed creepy, but you can't judge a book by its cover! The groomers were exceptional, and the sercice was great (the groomers answered my phone calls with a great attitude).

We were able to get an appointment for grooming very quickly. I was greeted by smilies from staff and all the happy dogs. They did a wonderful job and we will definitely be bringing Tini back here!

People are courteous and my dog was well groomed.

Remember that revues you read about how great the Hotel was suppose to be and wasn't ? Well not always do the reviews tell the truth and the company or person has no way to defend. We brought or two dogs in and let me tell ya , they did one he'll of a great job on them . WE WILL BE BACK.

Friendly and attentive staff. My cats had never been professionally groomed before and they did fabulous with both of them. Convenient appointments and quick turn around. My cats were both finished within 2 hours of being dropped off.

I have been taking my Standard Poodle there for years. Last time I called to make an appointment I was surprised when a Gentleman answered the phone. He was polite and made booking an appointment easy. When I came in I was greeted by Will and Lynea. Super friendly and professional. They listened closely to my instructions called me when my pup was ready and when I came to pick Cookie up I could not have been more pleased!!! Talk about show quality groom!!!! Wow!! I guess there is really a difference taking your dog to a Pro! Thank you Again Will and Lynea!!!! I will be bringing Cookie back there for sure!!!!!

I took my mom's dogs for the first time yesterday to Yuppy Puppy and Mary made sure my mom was comfortable leaving them for a couple of hours while they were groomed. The dogs are a silly terrier-mix and a schitzu, and both take quite a bit of expertise to groom. We were so happy with how cute they looked when we came back to pick them up, and the price was competitive and affordable. Mom will happily return with Annie and Barnie.

Have used Yuppy Puppy for years so they were the “go to” place for my newly acquired fur baby, Chloe. Chloe (7years old) was horribly matted and had never been to a groomer before. Explained the scenario to Lucy, the groomer. When I picked Chloe up, I was very impressed not only with the grooming; but also with the information Lucy gave me about how things went and her insight to Chloe’s behavior. Love this place!

My westie has severe skin allergies and very sensitive skin. The groomers at Yuppy Puppy are wonderful with him. They are gentle and the shampoo they use doesn't irritate his skin. I highly recommend them.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. Have taken my 75 lb Goldendoodle here to be groomed several times, and they always do a good job. My dog always comes home looking good, smelling good, and acting right. I have been to more than 10 groomers in Southwest Florida, and none of them have given the level of service and value that I find here.

The first time our dog stayed with them was a last minute reservation during Thanksgiving holiday. They were very accommodating, and answered all the questions I had, being his first time there, and his first time boarding. The staff is friendly, and we love the haircuts!

I moved to Cape Coral 2 years ago. I have a cocker mix 20-25 pounds. I have been taking him to get groomed hear since I moved here. Cost are reasonable, service is great, my dog is totally happy. It is a win win situation for me. Keep up the great work. Buddy loves you guys!

Really was happy with happy with my first visit here. My Pom got the cutest hair cut. The owner did a wonderful job with Bailey who is almost 14 and somewhat difficult. Will definitely be going back. Very daring owner!

I've been taking my dog, Debbie Harry, there since she was a puppy. She is now 8 years old. They do a great job and she loves going there. I highly recommend them. Also, they have been charging the same fee for the entire time I've used them. They request you pay in cash or check now if possible, as opposed to credit cards, to keep fees down. Happy to comply.

I brought my dog in for grooming and she was 9 years old she never been to a groomer before I always done the job my friend takes their dog to be groomed there and so they were recommended I was pleasantly surprised because she's a handful for me to groom so I wasn't sure how she would act with the groomer when I picked her up she looked very cute and they said they didn't have problems with her so that was good I will bring her back again I was very pleased with the outcome she looked great and I don't have to do it so that's even better thank you

We have recently moved to the area and we have used them several times and now know we have found the perfect groomers for our dog. The staff was very friendly and professional, the facility was clean and the atmosphere made our dog feel very comfortable and relaxed.
